Monthly Pay for high ranks

Ok there has been alot of haggling lately about pay. Well fear not by the end or early this month all if not most high ranks will be paid in full so i ask everyone for alil more patience. Also i have found out what has been wrong with my debit card. It is connected to my checking acount and it didn't have any money but now i know. Also i can only use this card a few times a month so DO NOT HASSLE ME ANYMORE ABOUT PAY OR I WILL DEMOTE YOU 1 WHOLE CLASS OF RANK. Like if you were Officer you would be demoted to Begining of Warrant Officer.
