So here are some Suggestions about what we will do about transfers.
1st: They need a badge and rank. 2nd: A representative will come to the base with them to announce the transfer 3rd: They need Approval of the High Ranked Representative to Transfer 4th: Both parties will be meeting to discuss the rank. 5th: If both sides approve of the rank then the transfer is complete.
I am posting a poll on this issue.
